But it is also destructive
It has such a strong allure
A pull quite hard to cure
Its main purpose is information
But it is really a distraction
So much gossip and rumors
Rumbling like tiny tremors
Its content is quite obscene
But has an influence on teens
Social media is now so vile
It has been for quite a while
It is a danger to young minds
They might stumble on what they should not find
Their innocent hearts can slay
It is best to stay away.
